Shubman Gill ODI, Kane Williamson becomes Test Cricketer of the Year, Sri Lankan bowler wins Best Bowler Award
The name of CEAT Test Cricketer of the Year has been announced. New Zealand player Kane Williamson has been selected as the Test Cricketer of the Year. In fact, last year was great for Kane Williamson. Notably, this player has scored a lot of runs in the Test format. Nevertheless, now he was given the Test Cricketer of the Year award. When Indian team’s young batsman Shubman Gill got the title of ODI player of the year. When Sri Lankan spinner Prabhat Jayasuriya got the best bowler award.

Whereas, apart from Kane Williamson, Shubman Gill and Prabhat Jayasuriya were selected as the best players. Kane Williamson received the award for his consistent performance in the Test format. Whereas, Indian batsman Shubman Gill is continuously batting well in ODI format. Sri Lankan spinner Prabhat Jayasuriya has impressed a lot with his wicket-taking ability. Especially Prabhat Jayasuriya’s performance in Test matches has been excellent.
