Zimbabwe defeated USA by a huge margin of 304 runs in the Qualifier Round of ICC World Cup 2023. This is the second biggest win in ODI cricket history. Batting first, Zimbabwe made a huge score of 408 runs. In response, the USA team was bowled out for just 104 runs. Zimbabwe won the match by 304 runs.

Earlier, the USA team had won the toss and decided to bowl. After losing the toss, the Zimbabwean team, who came to bat first, scored 408 runs for 6 wickets in 50 overs. Zimbabwe captain Sean Williams played a brilliant innings of 174 runs off 101 balls. When Zimbabwe crossed the 400-run mark in ODI cricket for the first time. The two teams faced off at the Sports Club ground in Harare.

In response to Zimbabwe’s 408 for 6 in 50 overs, the USA team was bowled out for just 104 runs. Zimbabwe recorded the biggest win in its ODI cricket history. While the overall record is the second biggest win in cricket history. Earlier in the year 1999, Zimbabwe beat Kenya by 202 runs at the Dhaka ground. On the other hand, talking about the bowlers of Zimbabwe, Richard Ngarava and Sikandar Raza took 2 wickets each. While Brad Evans, Luke Jongwe and Ryan Burl had 1-1 success.
